Mindley provides a fully digital service. There are no physical products and therefore no physical shipping involved. This policy explains how and when you receive access to your purchase after payment.
Digital-Only Service
Everything Mindley offers is delivered electronically through our website and web application. No items are shipped, and no shipping fees, customs charges, or delivery addresses are ever required. Your "delivery" is the activation of features and access to your generated study material within the platform.
Instant Activation
Once your payment is successfully confirmed by our payment provider, your account is upgraded automatically and immediately. There is no waiting period. Premium features and plan-specific benefits become available right away, typically within a few seconds of a successful transaction.
Accessing Your Purchase
To access what you have paid for, simply sign in to your Mindley account using the same email you used at checkout. Your plan status, generated content, and premium tools are tied to your account and available from any supported device once you log in.
Delivery Confirmation
After a successful purchase, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and, where applicable, a confirmation email with your receipt. If you complete a payment but do not see your account upgraded, please refresh the page or sign out and back in; if the issue persists, contact support.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Mindley available around the clock. Occasionally the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We schedule maintenance to minimize disruption and restore access as quickly as possible.
Delays & Technical Issues
In rare cases, a payment confirmation or feature activation may be delayed due to a technical issue with a payment provider or our systems. If your access is not activated promptly after a confirmed payment, contact our support team with your transaction details and we will resolve it as a priority.
