Our Refund Commitment
We want you to be confident when you subscribe to Mindley. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how long it takes to process. It applies to all paid Subscriptions purchased directly through Mindley.in.
7-Day Refund Window
Mindley offers a 7-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction, provided the request meets the eligibility conditions below.
Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds within the window are granted primarily where there is a genuine service issue.
- Technical failures that prevent you from using core features and that our team is unable to resolve.
- Billing errors, such as duplicate charges or being charged after a valid cancellation.
- Accidental purchases reported promptly, where the premium features were not substantially used.
Non-Refundable Situations
To keep the Service sustainable, some situations are not eligible for a refund.
- Requests made after the 7-day window has passed.
- Change of mind after substantial use of premium generation limits.
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality where the Service otherwise functioned as described, since AI results can vary.
- Violations of our Terms that led to suspension or termination of your Account.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals so you will not be charged again. Your premium access remains available until the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the free tier. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless you also qualify under the refund window above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email our support team from the address associated with your account and include your account email, the approximate date of purchase, the plan you subscribed to, and a brief description of the reason. Providing these details helps us verify and process your request quickly.
Processing Time & Method
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, we ask that you contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed. We are committed to fair and prompt resolution of any legitimate billing concern.
